How to Order

Step 1
♥ Email me at mamatrove [at] gmail [dot] com
♥ I will reply you within 1-3 working days to confirm the availability of the item and furnish you with the invoice.

Step 2
♥ Upon confirmation, the item will be RESERVED for you.
♥ Payment has to be made within 3 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled.
♥ Payment can be made to MBB or CIMB through electronic transfer or cash deposit within Malaysia. Account number details will be provided upon confirmation or order.
♥ Paypal payment (in USD only) is accepted.
♥ Please email me once payment has been made.

Step 3
♥ All items will be shipped out within 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of payment.  For party packs, delivery will be arranged separately as items may be fragile and not suitable to be packaged.
♥ Pick-up can be arranged, please enquire within.
♥ All items are shipped from Malaysia using our national mail service - Pos Malaysia.
♥ Once items are shipped out, you will get an email notification and tracking number (if applicable).
